My pocketbook with jewelry was stolen from our room while we were out touring D Day beaches. The safe was to small to store my bag, so I hid it behind some bed linen, only to find it missing when I returned. We had to file a report with the French police which took up a whole day. There still has not been a resolution as to how the hotel will compensate my loss. Needless to say our French holiday was ruined by this experience. I certainly did not expect this from a five star hotel. Their status should be removed.

"A perfect hotel"

A perfect hotel of a very high standard, a large room, a large shower, quality service, the restaurant in the hotel is perfect, a great dinner and a perfect breakfast, full value for the price
