Very nice place, good staff,

Food was not good, I ordered Ghee rice, they just put ghee directly to normal rice and send.. very bad..

Everything was fine. We liked our stay. Family was happy.

The buffet spread had fewer options than most hotels and the food prices were high.

Water is chargeable and not a singe water cooler to fill our own, at least drinking water should not be chargeable

it was a prebooked room with all the payments made before hand and it was early check in around 11AM. but asked to wait for almost 45 minutes was it was not reflected in there portal even when i show cased the booking.com confirmation. they don't have even courtesy to offer a glass of water or juice as welcome drink if they are making you wait. room was filled with mosquito's and AC was not working so to just make it work we have to call reception like multiple as there were no windows so room was so suffocating without AC. at time of checkout they said everything is clear from our side and asked to give 5 star reviews on google and it was just 1 hr since we left the property they told your payment is not done and all. they are just harase you and you will feel like why you even visited that property.
