The gardens and outdoor areas were pretty cool. The decor (floors, walls, frames, lights etc.) were really nice. The bath tub was amazing.

The gravel driveway and car park with potholes.

Hawley House was one of the highlights of our trip across Tasmania. Sophie was welcoming and on hand for any tips on the area. The grounds are stunning and the kids were welcome to explore and play with the resident dogs (who were very friendly and gentle). There was a library, sitting room with chess, and garden to relax in, and the rooms were comfortable, spacious and equipped to keep warm on cold nights. The house itself is stunning and an amazing piece of local history, and we hope to visit again.

We didn't have breakfast; I had my lady with me who has Cerebral Palsy. There was nothing to like about Hawley House, we only stayed 1 night and that was awful we had no sleep due to the dust in the room and the stale smell my lady has asthma and it was not good

From the time we pulled up in our car we were greeted by 3 big dogs one of which had a sore on top of his head. My lady has cerebral Palsy so she does not walk very well and i feared the dogs could make her loose her balance and fall. I asked if we could park outside our unit oh no was the reply as there were many guests so please park down there. So I did it was windy and we had a hire car so I was worried a branch would fall on it, The room was so dusty and smelly, a stale musty smell that it had not been aired out or cleaned. My lady has asthma and this dirty smelly room brought on an asthma attack we had no sleep my sinuses were playing up and I have rashes on my legs that have broken skin dust mites in the bed. False advertising we paid extra for the whole downstairs, which was impossible to access any other rooms, we only spent 1 horrible night there nothing short of disgusting.
