Nice character

The location was good.

My room , on the upper floor was adjacent to the , I think, the kitchen extractor which was noisy.

The breakfast was excellent so much choice and everything top quality

The water pressure in our shower was very poor. There was a sign explaining that the shower had low pressure due to being an old building. Otherwise the bathroom was goid and clean.

Very warm welcome, lovely room, delicious home cooked breakfast. Excellent central location.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property.

We booked a double with patio and enjoyed a spotlessly clean room with a beautiful garden patio. Perfect location in the New Forest within walking distance of restaurants and paths to enjoy the scenery and the local horses. Wonderful host, Eldar, was so helpful with restaurant and activity suggestions and anything else we might need. Safe, convenient location and excellent WiFi. Excellent on-site restaurant and a delicious breakfast ordered from a menu. We loved everything and will definitely return if we're in the area.

Amazing furniture and so impressive local materials were used. The breakfast was excellent and very helpful and friendly staff. Great location.

Purely subjective but we found the mattress a little on the soft side, but nothing we couldn't handle.
