Good breakfast,parking not good but other cars moved at once when it was time to go. small walk to main area beach etc

We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you the breakfast was the best. Super close to Saundersfoot centre and beach.

We phoned and asked for a low rise room because of my partners knees and they were very helpful and gave us a first floor room without any problem

Easy to find and park off road, nice clean rooms, comfortable beds, very clean, good host's and good breakfast

Greeted at the door by the owner, a very nice man who made me feel at ease and welcome. Really enjoyed my stay and will go there every time from now.

We stayed in the family room, which was basic but perfect for our needs, i.e. somewhere for us to base ourselves whilst spending time out & about. Having parking was a definite bonus. Breakfast was great, lots of choice to suit everyone & staff very friendly & accommodating.

The guest house itself was very nice with a lovely and relaxed atmosphere. Steve and Amy were excellent hosts and made us feel really comfortable :) overall it was a really nice mini break for us as a young couple and we will definitely be visiting again in the near future! Couldn't have asked for anything better. Thank you Steve and Amy!:)

I stayed on business . On arrival I was asked to park my car at the rear of the car park as the next door neighbour had lots of car vehicles that accessed the adjacent property and they tended to encroach over the adjacent property when they moved in and out. This was fine for me as there was only one other vehicle using the car park that night but would have been inconvenient had there been more vehicles staying as I need to leave on time the next day as I had an appointment to go to. The owners were very friendly which was slightly difficult in the morning as they were chatting to the other resident rather than quickly serving breakfast which I needed promptly due to an appointment which I had mentioned to the staff. If you were on a relaxed holiday this would not be an issue. The room was cold when I got there and took a while to heat up - this may be due to the hotel being empty. Wifi was free but slightly bad connection again due to location of hotel.
