In an ideal location, is very warm and welcoming, breakfast was lovely, bed was sooo comfy and the whole place was spotless.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Had a 1 night stay with my family, fantastic value for money, the food was excellent and the rooms were spotless! The owners were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. My mrs even had a surprise card and chocolate after an off the cuff comment that it was her birthday whilst we were there!! Thank you and we will be coming back!

The room was a tiny bit small if we were staying more than 1 night but other than that it was perfect

The owners were very friendly and the accommodation was exactly as we expected. Everything worked, and the room and public area were freshly decorated and clean. We didn’t choose to stay for breakfast but it certainly smelled delicious! The guest house is only a few minutes walk away from the sea front and we paid for overnight parking at the end of the street. If you are looking for a clean, reasonably priced stay I would definitely recommend.

We had no complaints. The room we had was a family room (for three) and the beds are comfortable. Don’t expect lots of space.. it is purely a functional bedroom. But there was enough room to unpack and hang up our clothes. And decent flock clothes hangers. A nice touch.
