Birch Villa

June 2026. Our first time staying with Karen and Paul. Will definitely not be our last. From the moment we arrived Karen and Paul made us feel at home. They were were genuinely friendly and very welcoming. We are plant based and they were very accommodating even buying oat milk for us for breakfast. Birch Villa is lovely. Absolutely spotless and the rooms and beds are top notch. Karen and Paul even downloaded an App for us which helped us purchase a one day tram ticket which saved us a lot of money on potential taxi fares. They are lovely people who have an extremely high number of people who return to stay with them. We will definitely go back to them next time we are in the area. In an ideal location, is very warm and welcoming, breakfast was lovely, bed was sooo comfy and the whole place was spotless.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Had a 1 night stay with my family, fantastic value for money, the food was excellent and the rooms were spotless! The owners were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. My mrs even had a surprise card and chocolate after an off the cuff comment that it was her birthday whilst we were there!! Thank you and we will be coming back!

The room was a tiny bit small if we were staying more than 1 night but other than that it was perfect
