A lovely warm friendly atmosphere with easy access to local amenities, very clean and comfortable bed and the staff were brilliant. A lovely cooked breakfast at your requested time which was outstanding.

I couldn’t detect a Wi-Fi signal, although I suspect there was, maybe I should have asked!

Karen and Paul were amazing host, very pleasant and helpful! Room was lovely and clean and the towels were actually soft! The breakfast was lovely, I find it hard to find a decent breakfast and this hit the spot! I will definitely be returning here in the future for either a family holiday or a couples break! Thank you both for making us feel welcome into your home/bnb we couldn't of asked for better hosts.

lovely 2 nights stay at birch villa, great friendly hosts who can answer or help with anything. made us and my little boy feel so welcome. amazing breakfast!!🤩 comfortable beds and room and only a minutes walk to the beach

delicious breakfast, as ordered and even more. Perfect location. Close to the Ocean but not so much that night noises from the street disturb your sleeping.Home atmosphere. Great hosts. Highly recommended.
