Easy to find, breakfast was good but would have liked more variety of food available

Didn’t realise our room would be so small.

Nespresso Coffee machine, refrigerator, room decor, moulton Brown shampoo/ bath gel. Comfortable bed. Good size TV. Coffee machine was in disrepair but was exchanged almost immediately.

Sink was cracked in a few places, sink took a while to drain/ partially blocked. We had to travel up some steep stairs to get to the room bit of a struggle with luggage. None of which was insurmountable just noticeable.

Owner very pleasant, took great pride in hotel, very helpful and informative.

The weather, unable to use the gardens. But that is Cornwall

Very welcoming and helpful owner. Attractive hotel in lovely setting Perfect for our stay which included trip to Eden Project Spacious room with fabulous bathroom

Breakfast could be better

Staff, room and facilities were great. Breakfast was lovely.

Pool was a little underwhelming. It would be nice to have rooms without carpet - terrible for dust mite allergies! (Despite being clean).

I liked that it was an intimate privately owned hotel. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The gardens were beautiful and immaculate. The staff were excellent.

It would have been nice if they offered a snack or small plates menu as an alternative to a full dinner. This isn't a deal breaker just a would be nice to have.
