"Disappointed, mainly with the staff"

The location was very good with easy access to NYC, view was amazing and room were spacious and clean.

Staff were not friendly. Didnโ€™t feel welcomed at checkin and no one was there to help with the luggage. I had to ask for luggage trolly and push it myself to the room. When asked for extra blankets, we were asked to come down to the lobby to pick them up. Didnโ€™t feel that i am at a 3 or 4 star hotel that belongs to Marriott group.
