Struttura datata, la mia stanza aveva i muri sporchi e con pezzi di pittura scrostata.Il bagno poi ....il telaio della doccia tutto arruginito.Insomma.......

Hotel storico nel centro della città. Scamperà senz’altro da riqualificare non tanto negli arredi ma negli impianti e finiture. Cuscini altissimi e materasso mollissimo. Alcune parti degli spazi comuni più curate di altre. Colazione ottima e personale attento. Nelle vicinanze assenza di parcheggi gratuiti.

"Anche ad un albergo storico serve la manutenzione"

Pulizia nella norma, molto carente la manutenzione della camera( asse del vater non fissata, box doccia che perde allagando il bagno) nonostante la comunicazione al personale.

Hotel con mobili vecchi, letto indescrivibile, doccia senza neanche un posa oggetti e bagno piccolo e con alcuni accessori rotti o mancanti (tappo lavabo, ecc.). Vista bellissima su piazza Puccini e verso mare. Prima colazione appena accettabile.

полотнце за 4 дня ни разу не поменяли. комната на двоих с одной простыней и одним стулом. завтрак очень скромный, только плавленный сыр и только одна маленькая чашка кофе. в ванной на потолке плесень. пол в номере ни разу не помыли

There wereno pla es to oark and I have a disability. No one to help with luggage. Had to park 2 blocks away.The room ,decor, and paint in the room looked like original . No shampoo or soap in the BR. After I got my luggage to the first floor which would be our 2nd they locked off the lift to the first floor. My room had a small veranda but the door was looked and not accessible probably because broken window out there. The air conditioning was wonderful. I moved to a new place the next day.

"Decente ma migliorabile "

Abbiamo cenato con il Menù di ferragosto e diciamo che il cibo era decente ma purtroppo non è arrivato tutto… secondi mancava il contorno e il dolce non era quello del menù… si può migliorare il servizio… personale gentile ma un inesperto

Hotel is very tired and a bit run down. Breakfast was poor. Staff were ok but appeared disorganised and not that interested. The beach club Dora that the hotel has a deal with don’t like the English and we’re actively unfriendly and unhelpful. I would recommend the beach club Imperiale who were great. The town is nice overall.
