"Not a fan favorite"

Upon check in I verified my reservation had a handicap room with roll in shower. It did. I checked into the room only to find that the grab bar, necessary for any handicapped individual was falling off the wall. I reported it and they immediately did fix it. They remounted the bar. See photo. There was no bar hand soap in the room. I asked housekeeping for some soap and they gave me a dispenser of soap. It looked as though they refilled it several times and it was filthy. The hotel did have a pool lift for disabled, though I didn't use it. The shower chair in the shower was mounted way too low. I could get on it, but getting off was extremely difficult

The carpark

The cost was excessive more than maximum indicated for the room. We booked a king room and got twin room They ran out of towels and removed our old ones so we couldn’t shower The bathroom was falling apart with parts missing in the bath/shower I will be seeking a refund
