"Will not return."

N/A breakfast stared at 7am and we left at 6:30.

We arrived at 8:30pm and the lobby was full of children going in and out of the pool. Water all over the lobby floor and we didn’t see any supervision. Not the friendest night staff. We were very unimpressed.

"Avoid"

Worst experience. Leaking hot tub in room. It wasn't fixed or addressed. When I told front the front desk, they said it has been broke and the maintenance team was aware. Rude and unhelpful front desk staff. I left at 4am because the hot tub was leaking making it hard to sleep. Couldn't use the hot tub which I specifically reserved. I had to wake up the front desk lady in the back to check out. Total disaster, total waste of good hard earned money. Never again.

"Leaking faucet sleepless hotel"

We stayed one night in a suite with a hot tub. The hot tub leaked. We told the front desk clerk who stated " I told maintenance last week." So you still can't get anyone to fix this I guess. It leaked all night and was difficult to sleep listening to this. No other rooms available and front desk refused to refund our 180 a night cost with 200 dollar deposit required. Maybe we should have used the deposit to hire a plumber. Indoor pool door open with multiple children running wet on tile floor in front lobby. This was a particular hazard as people could slip and trip. No housekeeping to be found. Kids allowed to yell and scream until 0100 am outside our window. Front desk did nothing. We left at 0400 am due to inability to sleep. When we were leaving we requested an itemized bill. Had to yell into the front desk area because clerk was snoring sound asleep in the back room. Sketchy people walking in and out of hotel with young girls. I did not feel safe nor comfortable. Management of hotel did not seem to care about how bad my stay was. Limited parking. DO NOT GO THERE! It was aweful!
