"No people skills"

Front desk clerk seen me walk in and didn’t acknowledge I was there for an uncomfortable five minutes until she completed whatever was more important. Then was very rude saying she could help me at another computer. Then problem with room and over the phone she yelled “ I aints neva seen dat befoo! “ leave the ghetto language at home! You are working in hospitality industry and there are other choices next time!

Location was good, Lynda was very pleasant. Breakfast juice of 100% orange and apple juice tasted like 1% juice and 99% water. More of a drink cocktail.
