Couldn’t get in contact with any staff, rang about 20 times as it was urgent

Near to where we wanted to be. The room was lovely and warm. Can see why it’s called the snug.

Ample parking, the room was clean with a spacious shower room, the room was very quiet overnight (no traffic noise). It was a 2-3 minute walk to the harbour and there were plenty of cafes and eateries. If yo love Italian try 'Insieme' restaurant good food at a reasonable price.

Really central location, 5 mins walk to harbour and good value for money. Clean, comfortable and spacious enough for our needs. External pictures don’t do it justice. Next door to Seahouses cafe who do a great breakfast. Also the free parking saved a load of money on the pay and display charges in town.

The only gripe was that shower head slipped and I couldn’t get it back up to the right height. But apart from that, all good

Twin bed location, fabulous for friends and great communication throughout

nice and clean room I like the self check in

Room a little small , no area outside for anyone who smokes
