Large room countryside setting nice staff

Needs a little TLC I struggled for hot water, showerhead broken, room in need of a little touch up. Pillows only things keeping me afloat on the mattress. I was only there two nights so didn't raise it, rooms were clean. Good meal but pricey for a business traveler on expenses

Whoever designed the interior colours did a fantastic job. Rooms very comfy and clean. Slept great too!

The quality of the accommodation and food overall was extremely good/excellent. We had a superb evening meal the night we arrived and a very good breakfast the following morning. The room was very comfortable and clean with a nice ensuite. The staff were very courteous and professional. The standout item was the evening meal in the restaurant.

Choice was very good for breakfast, the evening meal was delicious and served with attention to detail. Location good for travelling around the area.

Restaurant small and on some nights fully booked in advance or closed.

Nice and quiet, easy to park. Lovely room, plenty of space. The host was exceptional and very accommodating in every respect. I stay in a lot of hotels and whilst some of them are very fancy. What lets them down is the staff. This is not the case here. I couldn’t find anything that was a problem or not as expected. Book now you won’t be disappointed

More advice than didn’t like. The food was exceptional, especially the breakfast. I appreciate the fact the food was all locally sourced and what I ordered was good. I would ordered something a bit more extravagant, however I have an expenses limit and so had to scale down my choice. Still very good though

On a return visit the man at the desk took a room off the site to stop my partner staying there, such a shame as we like the place before this happened
