"Fairly nice hotel with issues"

Location was good. Nice as it was new.

Toilet broken, nonspeaking English worker didn't relay he wasn't coming back to fix toilet. Had to move rooms. Wrong room given and key didn't work. No bottled water to sell, only sodas and other drinks. Workman ship, especially in both bath rooms, different rooms didn't look professional and sloppy finishes considering this is a new hotel.

Staff is always the sweetest, and location for us is perfect. We always stay at this same location when coming to the Ooltewah area.

The only thing would be a better selection for breakfast.
