I always give honest reviews and if i didn't like something i avoid giving reviews until and unless something very bad comes up and should mention for others I stayed just for a night in this hotel driving from houston to phoenix. I just stopped here arrived late night 1.30 am with pre booked. No one was at reception and after keep calling no one came and then I have to call from my cell and person came up was sleeping, thats ok it avoidable but..... He gave me room 303 (Haunted). Please avoid this hotel atleast room 303. I just want some sleep to catch the road early morning but whole night was restless because weird noises in the room. For water tapping, for rest room door open and close, every time when i checked no water dripping, door closed properly but again and again whole night door crackling wierd voices and i was with my family, my wife was also scared. Whole night was restless In the morning when i told the manager she sad I am sorry about that nothing more than that.

Room was quiet. Couldn't hear anyone from other rooms or above us Room was bigger than normal king size bedrooms Breakfast was very good Coffee was amazing

Bathtub shower. Walk in shower is better. Bathtub was slippery

This is the second time we stayed at this property. It is about half way to Scottsdale, AZ. It is super clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly. I cannot recall the lady’s name when we checked in, she was very helpful and nice!

The only thing that was annoying was the black out roll down on the window stopped about 10 inches from the sill so there was light coming in from the business next door. We were still able to sleep. I did not let the staff know about this, we checked in late and were tired. Other than that it was great!

Incredibly friendly staff!!! Clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Good enough breakfast and the greatest breakfast room staff. We would gladly return if we need a break as we cross the great state of Texas.

Die Lage war für unsere Unternehmungen perfekt. Zimmer sauber und ordentlich.

Wir haben extra ein Hotel mit Pool gebucht, denn auch im Sebtember sind hier noch um die 30°C. Erst beim Checkin wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass der Pool nicht verfügbar ist, weil er angeblich repariert wird. Allerdings war der Pool gefüllt und funktionsfähig. Lediglich Stühle / Liegen gab es nicht und das Tor war verschlossen. Es war eine Frechheit hier keine Info vorab zubekommen, sonst hätten wir hier nicht übernachtet. Es gab auch kein Entgegenkommen oder ein Nachlass.
