Comfort Inn Lexington I-75

The people were nice but there was someone smoking weed in one of the rooms and it made the whole hotel smell.

The pool was nice for the grandkids

The 1st room they gave us wasn't cleaned. The 2nd room they gave us was being used for storage of furniture and boxes. The 3rd room was ok, beds not comfortable at all and we found food under the bed and the toilet ran all night. Will not stay in booking.com rooms again

Room wasn't ready, facility old/ dirty, several groups of people lingering in lobby and hallways

The room was nasty! It smelt like cigarettes and mold, the sheets were stained, the headboard had what looked like some form of dried fluids on it, and the carpet was stained and dirty. We immediately went and reported it to the front desk and asked for a refund but was told he could just give us another room. We did not want another room due to how nasty the room was they gave us originally, because if they kept that room as nasty as it was, another room would be no better. We booked through Expedia and asked for a refund and Expedia informed us the Hotel would not approve a refund. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Went to check out earlier in the morning about 5:50 no coffee made in lobby and staff didnt want us to get coffee from kitchen cause it didnt open til 6 she was very hateful and rude about it should have had some made in lobby for people checking out early we came down to do a marthon in lexington so had to check ouT early morning. We had no sleep the night before due to several group of of men drunk in several rooms beside of us they were loud and in hallway most of the night. We were very upset with this .mostly with the way staff acted.

Only complaint is the road/driveway to get to the hotel has a huge pot hole and is in desperate need of repairs.
