Es un hotel antiguo, tratan de mantener las instalaciones, pero le falta mucho, se ve que fue un hotel muy bueno en su época.

Cuando ingresamos al hotel lo primero que nos dijeron era que no aceptaban tarjeta sino solo dólares en efectivo, cosa que nos cayó muy mal porque tenían todos los puntos de ventas en la misma recepción a la vista, nos vimos en la obligación de pagar en dólares en efectivo y los vueltos pretendían darlos en bolívares cuestión que deja mucho a la "imaginación", porque no permiten que paguemos en bolívares pero Si regresan vueltos en bolívares, lo mismo el taxi de regreso al aeropuerto nos cobraron 20$ ida y 20$ vuelta, no hay traslado al aeropuerto ni viceversa, total que fue muy mala experiencia, y creemos que es el personal del hotel que con la excusa que la reserva se hizo por booking debemos pagar solo en dólares en efectivo, total no volvería y no lo recomendaría jamás.

Not only is the hotel very outdated and tired, but the staff was not helpful at all. They tried to explain that both of our rooms were not ready for the standard 3pm check-in time, and we didn't receive the keys until 6pm. The staff had no explanation for this and were not willing to offer any compensation. I am extremely dissatisfied with this place.
