room was really nice, modern look, clean, and the bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable.

I did not like the staff at all. It made me not want to book my next stay here regardless of the price and overall rest of the hotel experience. The staff were really rude even when i was polite. When i asked simple questions seeking more information, they felt bothered by it and would answer in a really bad manner.

Cleanliness of the rooms, bathrooms, linens, bedding and hotel itself was very acceptable. Staff were professional and friendly. Super quiet room and the air conditioner works well. Multiple, fun options for lighting around the room and beds. Different charging options for electronics was very convenient. TV channels were entertaining. Pet walking area was clean. Curtains were amazing and completely black out the room! We had no clue it was daytime!! Beds were very comfortable! My husband and two children enjoyed the breakfast and had waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, apple juice, coffee and yogurt. Convenient location. Pool and hot tub were fun. Very convenient that you all are pet friendly.

Pool and hot tub smelled strong of bleach. The window to our room unlocked and opened on the 3rd floor with no screen. This is very dangerous for children, adults and pets and may be a liability for your business. The pet area (while clean and mowed neatly) was also dangerous due to a piece of rebar in the grass, an upside down silver shelf with sharp triangular ends sticking up near the metal warehouse fenced in with cars, as well as other debris in this same area.

We were resting and suddenly we heard abruptly someone open our door just cause we had a door stopper if not the couple would have got in. We had to tell them the room was taken. And then when we got back 3 am try to go up to our room have to come back down cause our keys didn’t open the door. That was pretty upsetting. Pool needs maintenance too

A roll in shower should not have a 3in lip.
