SUNRISE Alex Avenue Hotel

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. Perfectly situated in the heart of the city, the location offers effortless access to key attractions while still providing a sense of retreat. The ocean view from the private beach was absolutely stunning, bathed in beautiful natural sunlight throughout the day. Despite being adjacent to a busy road, the room was impressively soundproofed, ensuring complete tranquility. The bathroom was immaculate and thoughtfully maintained, reflecting the hotel’s attention to cleanliness and detail, though it did not feature a water jet. What truly elevated our experience were the gracious complimentary touches: * A warm towel and refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. * A delightful arrangement of fruits and cookies in the room. * Most notably, the staff’s willingness to carefully reheat our takeaway meal — a gesture that demonstrated remarkable attentiveness and hospitality. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless and handled with professionalism and efficiency. The lobby, corridors, and breakfast area were all spacious, elegant, and impeccably maintained, contributing to an atmosphere of understated luxury. Overall, the experience reflected genuine hospitality, comfort, and refined service — a stay we would gladly repeat.

It was great staying here. The food was delicious, the drinks were great, and the spa was a great experience. Shahd and everyone else were very friendly and accommodating.

Our stay was amazing , it must have been our tenth visit and it couldn’t be better. Needless to say the location is fantastic, as well as the food and service. Also, all the staff are amazing and special thanks to Mr Nabil ( the assistant F&B manager) whatever you like or dream of he will make it happen. We originally booked for 3 nights , but ended up extending for another night. Many thanks to all the staff, and hopefully we will see you soon. Hussam Abdel Kader

Receptionists are so kind Helpful and supportive Meals are great and the on set menu is great Stuff overall are so helpful and supportive Rooms are clean and have good facilities
