Convenient location

We stayed at this property for 3 nights to visit family. The shower door in the bathroom was unable to close properly and the hot water was not working. I called the front desk to address these issues and was told someone from maintenance would come by. The fixed the hot water and told us a part was needed for the door which should be fixed the next day. No one came the following day. I spoke with a manager the next morning and was given a credit. I just wished the room wasn’t provided to us and it not being working order. The property was fine but the beds was uncomfortable.

This was a clean hotel stay for our Parent Weekend stay in Norman!

We have stayed here before and this property has gone downhill. The hand towels were dirty, the cloth shower curtain did not have a liner and there was NO HOT WATER for our showers! When we arrived to check in, the front desk was empty, moments later we realized the front desk agent was asleep in the lobby!(It was 10:30pm)

Did not eat was supposed to get coupons but didnt

The pool was supposed to be heated it was really cold and kind of dirty

Our room was not cleaned properly. There was old food from a previous guest still in our refrigerator upon checking in. Not enough towels or cups for coffee.

I liked the location, the variety of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Made it sound like breakfast was included until you went to get it.
