I enjoyed the breakfast, and room size was accommodating.

The shower did not appear to have been properly cleaned. I noticed black fingerprints or smudges on the complimentary shampoo and bodywash located in the shower, which raised concerns.

The staff were friendly on the phone and during afternoon checkin and I loved that the accommodated request for a ground floor room since I have a baby

In the mornings staff was a little short with customers. Not rude but short. And the floors in the room were gross. We had black feet from just walking around for a few minutes with no shoes on.
