"Kid glove care from hotel staff to a super senior."

We stayed in the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Logan, Utah on Monday, October 20 and Tuesday, October 21, 2025, and arranged for our 96-year-old father to stay on Tuesday, October 21, and Wednesday, October 22, 2025. We booked our reservation by phone, speaking with Andrea Carpio. She was cordial, extremely helpful and courteous in helping us arrange for our own room. Our room was clean, comfortable, and the beds just right for a good sleep. Unlike some places we've stayed, the refrigerator temperature wasn't pre-set so cold that our food froze in it. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very pleasant. The cookies and lemonade near the check-in desk were a nice treat! The morning of October 21st , we again spoke with Andrea, detailing our concerns about our father's needs. We were in the process of helping him move to an assisted living facility in another state, and it was a physically and emotionally exhausting time for him. Andrea was very sensitive to our worries and went out of her way to ensure a handicap-accessible room would be available for him. We were so grateful that everyone was very helpful and his room well-suited to his unique needs. In spite of the motel being near capacity, the staff ensured that our father could remain in his room both nights. He was exhausted, and this gave him ample time to rest and recuperate before a long trip out of town. Thank you so much to Andrea for making all necessary arrangements, and to all of your wonderful hotel staff. We will gladly recommend this facility to our traveling friends!

Too small of parking spaces. Not everyone drives a compact. Difficult to open doors to get your stuff out without hitting other vehicles.

"An ideal stay"

We stayed here on our road trip. Lovely town and lovely hotel. What a warm welcome we got from Andrea. Her greeting made us feel like family! Clean, quite room with a great frree breakfast. It's location is very central with an abundance of shops and restaurants nearby.
