This was our second stay this year. We traveled twice out to VA for concerts at the Jiffy Lube Live. Both stays were amazing! It was just what we needed and more. The staff was so nice both stays. On our recent stay, we got there to drop off our stuff and check in before we went to our concert. We had gotten a different room than our first stay because we traveled with kids this time so it was a bigger room. The smoke detector batteries were low and beeping so we let the front desk know and by the time we got back from our concert, there was a note on the counter saying it was fixed and it was! They have plenty of parking and a section in the lobby where you can purchase snacks and some extra toiletries. Little expensive but in the middle of the night when you need a drink, it is convenient! They also have a washer and dryer room available. We unfortunately only stayed one night but the room and hotel is built for a nice extended stay with the kitchenettes in the rooms. We favor the Jiffy Lube Live for concerts so whenever we travel to VA, this is where we will stay!

We had a little problem with the smoke detector going off (a short or something) in our room around 11 pm, so Timothy and Ben, the day and night managers, smoothly and graciously moved us to another room, a suite. Wonderful service.
