Great service and very friendly staff in the restaurant, and the bellmen. But the front desk needs a lot of help. No maps or info about anything touristy unfortunately. Also no chain lock on inside of room door. 1st room we got we walked in on someone staying in that room and then were afraid that would happen to us. We didn’t feel safe. Terrible view of a wall. Dirty sheets... lots of small black hairs on both my sheets. Asked for extra towels because they only give you one each and us girls wanted an extra one each for our hair... head of housekeeping would not give it to us. Housekeeper cleaning the rooms was lovely though, very sweet. Also we were headed out at 7 and the crepe omelette machine was only warmed up then, even though they’d been open for 1/2 hour. Things to consider. No clock or hot water in the room and good lock figuring that safe out

Nice old style decor. Most staff are friendly and a couple are not. Pillowcases were not changed when I checked into the room, I had to ask for new pillowcases. Otherwise, a comfortable and clean room. I did not enjoy the breakfast although the breakfast room was very pretty.

Everything one would wish of five star accommodation

Nice hotel in old style building in the city center. Next to Medina, about ten minute walk from the train station, about 15 minute ride to airport. Very good buffet breakfast.

The hotel room is large and the bed is comfortable. The air conditioning/heat doesn't work all that well -- windows open help but then you may have mosquitos. Restaurant is more a large sports bar. Smoking is allowed and Tunisian like to smile. Food is OK. Ask for a room on the opposite side of the restaurant -- very loud music on Friday night. Parking is in front of the hotel -- staff will find or make a place for your car. Good hot water. Wifi is not good but better than nothing. Location is very good.

Went to restaurant for breakfast at 6 as indicated . Nothing was set up until we left at 6:30.

We had so many problems during our very short stay in Tunis. The hotel was not as nice as I had hoped. But the concierge did have a taxi waiting for us at a very early hour as we asked him. And they went out of their way to print boarding documents for us. But we weren’t happy with the restaurant and the bathroom door wouldn’t close and the beds were uncomfortable. It was only 70 euros but I still had excepted better. We had a 4am flight and the only reason we booked there was so we could store our luggage and have a place to sleep for a few hours.
