The distance to Colombo isn’t much perfectly away and closer to the city

An in house Spa could have been better , beach with rough seas during our visit not able to use for swimming, since its closer to the beach and nature trails, bugs and pests are a bit normal

BREAKFAST AND DINNER BUFFET WAS GOOD WITH A VARIETY TO CHOOSE FROM, THE ROOMS WERE VERY SPACIOUS, THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, THERE IS ALSO A SEAFOOD RESTURANT WITH A VARIETY OF FOOD TO CHOOSE FROM.

THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL IS A BIT FURTHER OUT THAN WE EXPECTED, THE DRVE TO THE HOTEL AND THE SURROUNDINGS IS VERY APPAULING WHICH LETS THE HOTEL DOWN, THERE IS NOTHING WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE YOU NEED A TAXI TO GET AROUND FROM THE HOTEL, AS MUCH AS I LIKED THE HOTEL FOR THIS REASON I WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.

Some staff where friendly. Though overall not very accommodating, client service is lacking for foreigners that do not speak any other language but English.

Every time I needed help got them to assist with putting an address into my uber but first ended up in the wrong place sending my to convenience store instead of a mall, 2nd time was the airport address ended up in Domestic airport instead of where i needed to be which was 1.5hours away. Even though it said Columbo International.
