Convenient for 1 night stay in Puno. Very friendly check in & breakfast staff. Early breakfast. Central position.

Our room had a window to an inside corridor. Didn't matter for our 1 night stay but I would not have liked that room for longer.

Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal um die Stadt fußläufig zu erkunden.

Das Hotel ist leider etwas in die Jahr gekommen und in der Nähe einer Disco und einer Karaoke Bar. Für uns war leider schlafen nur mit Gehörschutz möglich.

Great location - walking distance to the main Plaza, but in a quiet area. It was quite safe to walk around the hotel. Tours picked us up at the hotel. Our room and ensuite were very spacious. The staff were very helpful with directions and recommendations. Breakfast was good, though a bit chaotic when busy. Bottled water was provided in large containers for filling up personal water bottles. Oxygen is available from reception for a few minutes each day, if required.

Le personnel est très attentif. Le chauffage et l’eau chaude disponible ainsi que de l’eau purifiée. Petit déjeuner sobre et complet.

Le café est terrible. La chambre a besoin de rénovation mais tout est propre.
