This is the second time I stay here in the last 2 months and the rooms smell like cigarettes and the sheets were stained, dirty, and with hair whrn I pull the top sheet off

Poor place to stay. Dirty pillow, dirty walls, and bugs all over the room. I checked out a day early, I couldn’t stay stay. I was so grossed out. However the front desk was very nice and professionally and said he couldn’t have upgraded my room, but by that time I just wanted to go.

Everything about the property was great however after using the jetted tub after awhile it started getting filled up with some black stuff and it was super gross. Besides that my partner and I had an amazing time.
