There was no WiFi for the entire duration of my stay. Spoke to 3 different employees who told me 3 different things about when it would be fixed and it never was. Room was clean but smelled like wet carpet. Bed very hard

The only problem we had was when we got back to our room in the afternoon after being gone part of the day, our key had been deactivated. At first thought nothing of it but when I went to take a shower and got all lathered up, the water went ICE cold. After calling the desk, they reset the water but it was already too late. Other than that everything was great. We would definitely stay again if in the vacinity.

No hot water in shower but $165 a night? - Yikes. Stayed in this same room a month or so ago and had the same disappointing problem; our showers never got hot. The shower on the left is definitely worse.

"No love for the dove "

The room was cold and it needs an upgrade. It had one very small bar of soap and no tooth brush or toothpaste. Also, their was no tv guide for the tv to find any good commentary channels for the customer stay.
