Late arrivals are possible upon request; please contact the reception desk in advance and during its opening hours to arrange for the access codes so that you can collect your room keys. Please note that cleaning and change of towels is planned once a week for stays of 7 nights and more, or can be requested at an extra cost for stays of less than 6 nights. Please note that for nonrefundable reservations, the credit card used to pay in advance for the reservation must be presented at reception upon arrival. 3 parking spaces are available upon request and are subject to availability. The parking reservation is guaranteed only when guests receive a confirmation from the property. Please note that for bookings of 3 rooms only, the property reserves the right to charge a prepayment. Please note that it is mandatory for the guests to clean the kitchen before check-out. A damage deposit is required on arrival : € 100 for stays of less than 2 nights, and € 200 for stays of 3 nights and more.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
