The location in particular, staff were genuinely pleasant and helpful. The room was pleasant but lighting was a bit sparse. Breakfast was fine but we found but restaurant food left much to be desired. We mentioned it to the manager.

Food needs improvement, and lighting in the room needs improvement

Very friendly, helpful staff, spotlessly clean room, air conditioning, wide range of food for breakfast, late checkout as standard. Huge, comfortable bed. Easy access for wheelchair users.

Car park difficult to find. Didn't realise it was a public car park, but free to hotel users. No grab handie in shower. Would make showering easier for the elderly.
