Lovely hotel. Great location

Stayed at the Park Inn by Radisson recently and unfortunately the experience was very mixed. The hotel itself has potential, but the overall service felt quite dysfunctional at times, with communication between staff seeming inconsistent throughout the stay. Cleanliness was also disappointing — rooms and communal areas appeared only half cleaned in places, which let the whole experience down. That said, the night staff were genuinely lovely and easily the highlight of the visit. Friendly, approachable and doing their best despite the obvious operational issues around them. With better organisation and more attention to cleaning standards, this hotel could be much better.
