Rooms were well kept. Staff very helpful. Good value.

Room is definitely not clean. There's hair in here that was here when we arrived and I don't think that it is splitting any part of the fee for the night. There's strange holes in the sheet, there's also no fitted sheet just in their flat sheet. Clearly people have smoked in here. I don't know what's nearby. I know nothing about the shops nearby but it is London so I assume there's something. Parking was fine.

There was food in the fridge, contact lenses on the sink, and gair in the shower.

Easy to get into and out of

TV Remotes were too complicated. I TRIED FOR QUITE AWHILE BUT HAD TO HAVE A MANAGER TUNE IT IN HE HAD A LOT OF TROUBLE ALSO BUT HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS LOOKIMG FOR TO GET IT SET UP. HE FINALLY MANAGED TO DO SO. MUST HAVE BEEN, WITH MY TRYING AND HIS ABOUT A 3 HR. DEAL. NOT SOMETHING A GUEST SHOULD BE CONCERNED OR NEEDS TO BE SPENDING 3 hrs on. Very, very frustrating. There were two changers there and I did not know anything about how to use ether one of them. A simpler TV system sould be considered and put in place for future guests. After all what does a guest know about the Hotels own system and how it works. Especially when there's no info in the room at all. I think you get my point.

for the price, it was a great bang for your buck. Surprising, nice place. However, they offered now morning coffee.
