"Stranded but good place to stay"

We were stranded in Iowa due to car trouble, but luckily were near this hotel. There’s a good Cajun restaurant nearby. Coffee at this hotel breakfast is good Community Coffee, multiple varieties. Clean and quiet.

Every thing was great. The rooms extra clean very new . Beds comfortable good pillows water pressure was grate . The food was good . Every one was very nice safe area good for family or trave for work . We definitely will be back

The day manager was amazing! Honestly she made up for the poor service we received the previous night.The breakfast was good.It was a small business area that was very accomodating.Lobby was decorated nicely.Again the day manager was amazing.

The night manager when we checked in was awful.He was very friendly initially but his attitude changed quickly when I had a question about being double charged.Once from a preauth for the full amount.Another customer was also there with the same concern...The facilities are very nice but pets are allowed and it smells like dog urine time you walk in the door throughout the lobby.The rooms had a foul mildew odor.I was told it was because of the humidity.I was allowed to switch rooms and unfortunately the 2nd room smelled better than the first but still had a bad odor.

This was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Room comfortable with ample charging area. Nice breakfast. Coming from Houston where hurricane knocked our power for days. First good nights sleep with caring staff.
