I was a nice place to stay while visiting family. Clean, quiet, efficient staff.
“Breakfast” consisted of Shared Waffles, 3 Pk Pancakes, Family sized community Milk/Juice. Building is dated even though owners have attempted to refurbish.

USUSUSGreat place. You can’t beat the price. Updated rooms, clean, great WiFi, and all tv channels. And don’t forget breakfast. Patrick was very kind and gave me the perfect room for what I needed. 14 minutes to the lake and an 1.5 hour to lake fork. Will be returning.

USGot trapped in a town called Whitewright while on a business trip in DFW and needed a place to stay overnight. Not expecting to find anything in this general area i was amazed to find this location just 12 miles from where I was at and the incredible reviews. Sure enough it turned out to be a diamond in the rough. Highly recommend this motel.
