Hotel ancien et besoin d'un sérieux coup de neuf.

Freshly cooked food. Staff very helpful.

Cleaning of the room Tea, coffee in room not re-supplied some days.

Aircons in room worked well. Shuttle to and from the airport. Bed was big and comfortable.

The property is long overdue a facelift. Looks old and tired, carpets worn, toilet seat loose. Breakfast was basic with no imagination. Room ( suite!) was noisy because of an adjoining room. It served its purpose for a two night stay for business, not within walking distance to Mall of Maun ( although close to a convenience store)

The property was nice. The gardens are well kept and clean. The pool area was nice

The rooms need to be updated. The furniture was very dated. The bathrooms were very old and needed updated

House keeping, especially the young lady who helped moving us from room 34A to room 21. Throughout our stay she exhibited good caring character. The chefs and dining area staff were very friendly, the combination made our stay pleasant.

The reception we received when we checked in was very casual to the extent that my reservation was not noticed in the system until I was asked if I was paying for the one night. I asked if my reservation from the 27th to the 31st was not showing in their system to which the gentleman who was handling my checking noticed the reservation information, this was the first time in all my travels that I experienced such incompetence. The room I was checked was not in good condition to which I requested to be moved to the next available room the following day. The move was done the same day to our relief.
