The driver from the airport to hotel is friendly and gave me a water, which I appreciated! The check in staff took my bag to my room, which was helpful because I was in a suite on the far side of the property and so didn't need a map or anything. The rooms are OK. The bed was comfortable, the wifi was good, and I liked being on the ground floor. On the drive back to the airport, the driver brought my bag in for me and walked around asking people where I was supposed to meet my safari until he connected me with the right person. As a female traveling alone, I felt safe and looked after. I also think this room rate was about half or a third of what other hotels were quoting, so an excellent value. The upgrade to a suite was worth it. I would stay here again. General note on Maun - I got through customs quickly so was earlier than I'd asked for the hotel to pick me up, and when I came out and he wasn't there, another driver CALLED him and told me he was 10 minutes out and where to wait. When that driver left with his passengers, a second driver texted with my guy and let me know he was 2 minutes out and where he'd meet me. I do not think that would happen in many airports in the US and I appreciated the hospitality and consideration of the people of Botswana. It made an excellent first impression.

The rooms were a little tired, but excellent value.

Lovely hotel with a slightly old fashioned feel. Great free transfer service to and from the airport. Nice shady pool. Really great breakfast. Comfy beds.

If I'm being really picky the restaurant could do with some better lighting in the evening. But we opted to eat outside so was not a problem. Also, we only had one bedside light.

The laundry lady that ironed my clothes was professional and did a good job

The linen was not clean smelled of sweat...the bathrooms were dirty..smelt like urine and someone someone went to the toilet and left number 2a nd didn't flush the toilet..there were skid musks in the toilet ect
