It was very convenient and having parking on-site was great The staff were very helpful and were very obliging about helping us with a late checkout

Only down side was construction noise nearby Was loud at times particularly when sitting outside - but that could not be helped.

The location is central to just about everything

No pool or spa on our stay as it was under maintenance. Generally only one lift working at a time and no water at be point because of plumbing issues.

"Comfortable but would seek better accomodation when next visiting Brisbane."

Well located opposite Treasury Building. Room was ok but faced into town and was noisy from AC fans on roof below. Bed was comfortable.

Probably pay more and get a room facing the river as this room didn't have any good views. Room smelt musty and looked a bit tired.

"Very Good"

The location was great. 24-hour concierge service. The room had all the basics.

Pool was closed for our entire stay, with only 24 hours’ notice—too late to change our booking. Scaffolding around the pool made it clear this was planned well in advance. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool to enjoy with our toddler, so this was a major disappointment. We also had no hot water on arrival, and one lift was out of service for several hours. Overall, a below-average experience.

"Great Hotel, if you can lower your expectations."

6.0

Location is perfect, very close to the brand new casino and walk bridge to Southbank. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to find carpark. The hotel itself was clean.

If you're looking for affordable modern luxury, this aint it. You can tell the building is much older than it's appear (from the photos) the second you enter your room. The AC is some ancient dial on the wall, you're either freezing or sweating, and good lucky trying to turn the thing off for some fresh air. The room had a foxtel box, pretty sure it was for display purposes only, just wanted to watch some NRL while we got ready to go out. The balcony was massive but only had a tinny table, there's rooms for an entire lounge suit out there, waste of space. The bathroom cupboard had a very noticeable chunk missing, and the kick boards and the bottoms of all the kitchen cupboard were covered in what I can only describe as dried up mop juices. The lifts and the level we stayed on smelt like an old Chinese takeaway shop (not one of the good ones). Didn't use any facilities (pool, gym etc.)
