Staff were great, very friendly.

$450 per night during AFL week for a small room. Construction going on outside. View was a colourbond fence 2 m from the window. Sensor flood light outside the window comes on and off when ever there is movement so have to keep the bathroom door closed at night. Light in the hall is on all night and very bright so had to put pillows against the door to try to block it. Staff empty all the recycling at 1030 - 1100 at night by tipping it into bins with a loud crash. Airconditioner compressors outside the window loud so could not have window open. We turned up for breakfast with our vouchers to be told it is only open for breakfast 3 days a week, and not on weekends. Reception not open after hours. Limited parking on site.

The towels were a great size unlike other hotels. The room was quite large for a family of 4. The kids loved the heated pool and the in room spa.

The in room furnishings were quite dated. Coffee and tea making facilities were quite average. They advertised a mini bar but there wasn't one.
