"Overall a pleasant stay."

The rooms were clean the a/c worked great. Breakfast was good. The employees were friendly and polite. My mom was given a n extra blanket when she requested one.

The ice machine was broken on the 1st floor. My Mom is confined to a wheelchair but the hotel wasn't able to give us adjoining rooms. My Mom fell during the night and I didn't know until I checked on her in the morning. It wasn't the hotels fault that she fell but if I had been in the next room I might have heard her fall.
