I liked how clean the room was, the updated bathroom, very HOT water..how polite the staff were. Especially the woman who set up the breakfast on Saturday, the 18th. The food was good. It was almost gone when I came down. I especially like the extra time for checkout. a very important is how clean a room is. The fridge was spotless! All surfaces were clean.

I may not be able to stay again because your toilets were so close to the floor. With being older and having weak knees, I cannot get up from those toilets. I also feel all the walk in showers should have a mid section saftey bar! And your showers should have hand held shower heads. I decided to go with a regular room mainly because of the walk in shower. I was very dismayed that your so called assessable rooms for handicapped folks had tubes, I was too titred to go look. I will ask to see one of those room in the future, but it didn't make sense for a handicapp romm to have tubes, instead of walk in showers!! I FELL IN YOUR BREAKFAST ROOM BECAUSE YOUR HIGHSTOOLS FOR THE HIGHER TABLE HAVE STELL KNOBS UNDER THE FEET OF THE CHAIRS. I WENT TO SIT DOWN AND THE CHAIR FLEW OUR FROM UNDER ME AND I WENT INTOA VERY HARD FALL ONTO MY BOTTOM AND BACK!

We did not stay there due to odor. We asked for a refund, they refused, will dispute chare with America Express Stayed somewhere else.

Chemical odor made my wife sick Never even stayed there. Staff was rude. DEI black kid that did not care.
