It was good size, full kitchen

It was not clean. There were crackers and other food on our balcony. My husband sat on an open safety pin

Location was good, facilities seemed ok

was blindsided about unit location facing beach, the unit was dirty with faded and marked stained lounges and table chairs. The internet didnt work and tvs were old school did not have internet on tvs or able to cast phone. The room smelled and was small, there was no house keeping daily and we had to wash our own sheets and towels. The dryer took all day to dry the linen. The lounge was that dirty my wife wouldn't sit on it

Good location for us,

There were no face cloths and only one hand towel. Aircon wasn't on when we arrived, very hot, bed uncomfortable. Communication was none existent clearly an AI rather than a real person. which caused major delays with checking in. I had fraud on my credit card so it was cancelled between teh time of booking and arriving. The message I recieved from the booking was to pay at the accommodation, however when I arrived they refused to take payment, the rest was about a 1 hour delay that stuffed up our plans and ruined the day with Family and made us late to our next meeting!

Excellent location. Short walk to Pacific Fair, bus and light rail, Casino and beach, restaurants etc. Comfortable bedding. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment.

The surfaces of table and floors could have been cleaner. The dishwasher was musty smelling. There were stains on the lounge.

Hygiene of room, sticky surfaces in kitchen, stained and odoured bed blanket.

2nd bedroom configuration meant door couldn’t be shut

The location was good, staffers nice. Good to have secure parking

It was filthy/dirty. The floor tiles in the apartment hadn’t been cleaned, the splash back in the kitchen was freshly soiled with splashed up something orange, the windows inside and out were very dirty, carpet and furniture very stained, walls and all touch points were dirty. Needs a very good clean. Smelt dirty and the front door would not lock due to worn striker plate, had to get maintenance up to fix it. Cutlery and plates dirty/greasy and we’re back in drawers. Insufficient dishwash detergent supply for 2 night stay. Not good value for money, I expected much higher quality
