"0 Client Aftercare during Fire Alarm Evacuation"

The fire alarm was pulled and we were outside for an hour and a half. During the incident, not one employee apologized to anyone. We were barely even told we could go back in. The next morning checking out the "person" at the counter didn't even ask how our stay was nor offered a discount, nor apologized. Awful after care for having to stand outside in 5 degree weather in your pyjamas. One guy was sitting on his walker with a sheet on. I travel quite a bit for work and have had this happen. When it does, actually good hotel staff will really try to make it up to you. Not Hilton. I vow I'll never stay at a Hilton again and tell everyone just how dogwater the customer service is when dealing with evacuations and client care.

comfortable beds and spacious for a family of four. Kids loved the swimming pool, its shallow enough for 5 year olds and toddlers, clean too.

Breakfast was okay but needs a bit of improvement.
