Esta cerca del centro de la ciudad lo que hace fácil su acceso caminando

La descripción de la habitación en la página de booking contra la entregada no coincidía Tuve que oagar una diferencia para que me dieran una habitación que se asemejara a lo descrito en la página de booking (y por lo que había rentado) La paredes de las habitaciones son delgadas y sin aislante, por lo que se escuha a los huespedes salir a las 3 de la madrugada, además de los fuertes ronquidos de las demás habitaciones

Los colchones en pésimo estado, se sienten los resortes, en una de las camas las cobijas no estaban lavadas, con anticipación pedimos habitacion cerca, ya que mi madre tiene dificultad para caminar, y sin más explicaciones, nos cambiaron de habitación, "más retirada"

Que no me permitieron hacer uso del estacionamiento, querían cobrar costo extra por el uso del estacionamiento. La atención de la recepcionista pésima, muy mal trato, mala educación para atender.

mucho ruido, no se puede descansar bien, deberian poner un horario de estar en el area comun, ya que la gente habla, grita niños llorando y todo se escucha.
