The reception and the breakfast
The hotel was at a much higher level before Covid 19, especially the level of cleanliness is very poor, as well as the mattresses and pillows are worn out and uncomfortable. I am a previous customer of the hotel and this is the first time I have stayed in it after the reopening. I am very upset. The attached photo in first minute when I received the room and the team of cleaning was very poor
