Nice location and super clean

Very clean

We've been staying at the Hampton Inn in Windsor for 10+ years. It is a great location for our needs, but has gone downhill significantly in the past few years. Carpets are filthy, stairways are never cleaned, elevators are filthy including sticky residue from previous signage, and the breakfast offerings are poor in terms of freshness and quality. Sidewalks are cracked, trash and litter in the flower beds around the hotel, smelly furniture in the rooms, and trash cans by the elevators are overflowing and smelly.

I found out property was cash less. Always paid cash. No coffee after4:30 PM, usb ports in room didn’t work, sink would drain, freeway noise from room 302 at night.

The breakfast was ok, but it could use a choice of gluten free cereal or bread.

There was alot of traffic noise on Friday night, but i don't think anything could be done about that.

Revolting food area, lazy staff, and a General Manager who ignores formal complaints.

Breakfast was wonderful

We enjoyed an eight night stay in Windsor. The grounds and all areas of the Inn were pleasant. The room we had was well appointed and comfortable.
