Location was very good as the hotel is just a few blocks to the edge of the busier shops and restaurants. Staff were very professional and helpful with a warm reception. The hotel allows dogs and public parking is close by at 24€ for 24 hours. The shower, bed, and air-conditioning were comfortable. They had a coffee and water station in the reception area which included milkshakes! The furniture was pretty in the lobby and side room. The reason for three stars is because we experienced three maintenance issues. The toilet ran continuously, the tub stopper did not close and the room safe did not open. They did correct these promptly but these problems did inconvenience us and shouldn’t occur in a well-run hotel.

I was here during the heatwave, so strong AC was critical and Konti delivered! Very good strong AC kept me cool the whole time. Friendly staff and nice amenities as well.

Only downside is how small the elevator is but not much they can do about that.

Nice friendly hotel. Great location.

Nice hotel in a great location. Room was very pleasant but on the small size - we had to dance around our suitcases! Some lovely touches like coffee and tea all day, cakes on arrival. Staff very welcoming and helpful. We didn't have breakfast so cannot comment on that. I would return again.
