"The $200 price doesn’t justify the stains and the broken towel rack."

Location was good

Blood stains on the carpet in the bathroom hallway. Towel rack missing. Dirt in the corner by the bath tub.

Some things were outdated, couch, vanity. Looked like there was water damage. Other than that, it was comfortable room.
